Botox is a prescribed medication made from a toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. This toxin temporarily blocks the release of a chemical that is responsible for muscle contraction. As the muscle cannot contract it reduces wrinkles and smoothes the skin.
As we move our facial muscles repeatedly, lines develop and become deeper over time. Regular Botox improves the appearance of the lines and gives a soft more relaxed look to the face. It trains the muscle memory not to frown at rest even when the Botox has worn off which usually takes 3-4 month
Once the Botox is reconstituted I inject small amounts into the problem area. The amount used depends on how many areas you want done. Immediately afterwards you will not be able to tell you have had it done and will be able to carry on as normal. But it is best to avoid the sauna or extreme exercise.
The Botox takes effect about 5-7 days later. At 10 days or 2 weeks I will invite you for a free review appointment. We will compare pictures of before and after and decide if you need a top up, which is included in the price.
Prices: 1 area - £175, 2 areas £250, 3 areas £300
As we age, the qualities we associate with healthy, youthful skin start to deteriorate. Loss of facial volume causes cheeks to become sunken, and folds and wrinkles start to appear. Common lines, wrinkles and folds are; lip lines, crow’s feet around the eyes, glabella frown lines (between the eyebrows), nose to mouth folds and corners of the mouth to chin lines (marionettes).
A solution to such problems is injecting hyaluronic acid, (this is found naturally in the skin) commonly referred to as “dermal fillers”. They are non-permanent gels, of non-animal origin, absorbable and last around a year depending on how many syringes are used and where they are injected. I use a cannula where possible, which is a skilled technique which greatly helps reduce bruising, so downtime, if any, is minimal.
Dermal fillers are non-surgical beauty lifts. They are used to smooth, add volume, define and revitalize the skin.

This is a procedure that produces natural skin regeneration and scar repair resulting in smoother, brighter, healthier, younger-looking skin. It can significantly improve the appearance of: acne scars, ageing and sun damaged skin, facial and décolleté lines, wrinkles and stretch marks. It is suitable for all skin types and skin tones. The Derma-rollers are sterile medical devices of the highest quality and design and when combined with the skill of a trained aesthetic practitioner produce maximum results with optimum safety and minimum down time. The treatment is only available from trained medical practitioners such as myself.
It works by producing thousands of microscopic needle columns in the dermis of the skin. These stimulate the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely. Initially you look as though you have mild to moderate sunburn after the procedure and normally recover the same-day with only a little residual redness the following day. The natural regeneration and repair that it creates takes up to 6weeks as new collagen is formed, new skin cells are generated and the blood supply is enhanced. This process will continue over the following months providing a gradual and long lasting improvement. I normally recommend a series of up to 3 sessions with approximately 6 weeks between them.
Please allow just over an hour per session as I ensure the area is anaesthetized with cream that I leave on for 30 minutes. After I have rinsed it off I roll the skin thoroughly, ten times in four directions, then apply a vitamin enriched leave-on facemask before you leave.
£250 per session
Skin changes can be due to ageing, sun damage, pollution, trauma and hormones. This results over time in wrinkles, brown spots, age spots, dull, rough textured and less firm skin.
With the correct ingredients and regime your skin can go through an amazing transformation giving you a fresher, healthier look.
I can prescribe Medik 8, Skinceuticals, Obagi and Environ ranges of skin care products, no doubt one of them will be just right for you.
Wearing the right colour matched base of mineral make-up will boost your complexion, your skin will look more matt, even toned and smoother as well as providing an SPF of 20 & conditioning your skin.
